Biography

Victor Marshall is a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Victor dedicated his life to providing the highest quality legal services to all accused by our government. With twenty-nine years of trial experience, he has tried over a hundred cases ranging from DUIs to special circumstance murders. His lectures include the California Public Defenders Association (CPDA). He and his mentor pioneered live mock jury selection with CPDA. Additional lectures were with the Criminal Courts Bar Association, co-lectured with the esteemed Joseph Low at the San Bernardino County Public Defender, Criminal Justice Reform and Diversity in the Law Forum, Mr. Marshall shared many of his techniques while teaching at Loma Linda University and Platt College as a professor. He was published in the Riverside County Lawyer Magazine and was profiled as an up-and-coming lawyer. Furthermore, he was recognized for his contributions as a temporary bench officer. Mr. Marshall has written a number of legal. He was a deputy public defender with Ventura and Los Angeles County. Victor shares his unique trial skill developed by Gerry Spence as an instructor with the Gerry Spence Method in Dubois, Wyoming. This program trains trial lawyers nationwide to become their best. Victor joined the Ledger Law Firm in 2023 as the Senior Trial lawyer fighting for justice for his clients.
