Biography

Bio:

Rich is a trial attorney in the firm’s Texas office, focusing his practice on matters of personal injury, wrongful death, and bad faith insurance practices. His legal practice routinely involves the representation of individuals in crisis—those who have had their lives upended physically, emotionally, and financially by the misconduct of others.

More often than not, Rich’s clients come to him without any experience in the civil justice system. Piled atop of what’s already been taken from them, they have questions and fears. And to complicate matters further, there are insurance companies, defense firms, and private investigators in constant pursuit of undermining their claims. Understandably, his clients come to him feeling broken, bullied, and helpless.

So, they turn to Rich.

At his core, Rich is a fighter. He always has been; he always will be. By becoming an attorney, he has sublimated that instinct into a career. Simply put, he likes fights—especially those with major corporations who callously view  litigation as simply a cost of doing business. As an attorney, Rich considers his job, his duty, to bully bullies and obtain justice for those he represents. When the world tries telling his clients that “life isn’t fair,” Rich tries showing them that “sometimes it can be” through measurable results. To that end, he relies on the trademark tenacity and strategic ingenuity that he is known for amongst his peers.

When you or someone you love has been critically injured or even killed, you need an attorney with genuine compassion who will outwork, outsmart, and outfight the competition. With Rich, that’s what you get.
