As the daughter of immigrants and a first generation college student, Michelle Lobato has always engrained hard work and dedication to every commitment she makes. She is majoring in political science and broadcast journalism in hopes of becoming a political correspondent and one day a political leader herself. Michelle has worked at law firm since she was 18 years old and has loved the legal field ever since. She has also worked in the two presidential elections and has volunteered at a non-profit company to help disadvantaged people attain jobs.
When she is not working or attending school, she is watching movies, reading autobiographies, or listening to spoken word poetry. Michelle is an optimist who lives by the words of Nelson Mandela, “The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”
