Carlos believes law is both a tool and a superpower that allows the protection of those the disadvantaged from others in positions of power.
Growing up amidst stark socio-economic disparities and a government plagued by corruption, he resolved to become a principled attorney, advocating for the vulnerable and exploited. He began his academic journey at a local university, followed by advanced studies and culminating in a postgraduate degree in International Business Law.
As for his professional journey, Carlos embarked in National Protection Unit in the public sector, committed to his initial mission of aiding those in need through legal means, safeguarding individuals exposed to significant risks due to their professions or vocations. This role immersed him in the particular dynamics of the region’s challenges as he ensured the security of those requiring protection.
Progressing in line with his overarching nature, Carlos continued his service at various governmental entities where he provided legal support to citizens, guiding them in resolving queries, grievances, and appeals. Additionally, he spearheaded investigations into fiscal responsibility, uncovering instances of corruption and financial harm inflicted upon public resources.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Carlos is an eager long-distance road cyclist, a music enthusiast and actively participates in politics.
