As part of our commitment to our clients, we always try to respond as quickly and carefully as possible to your legal needs. We try to temper the speed of our service with the need to be thorough. We don't want just to take care of your legal needs quickly, we want to take care of them correctly.

Lawyers For the Rest of Us

Often people do not seek the guidance of an attorney for fear that doing so would be too expensive and complicated. At Ledger & Associates we alleviate those fears right away. Your first consultation is always FREE . During that first meeting you will find out whether your problem requires the assistance of an attorney and, if so, what we can do to help. Fees and costs are discussed up front. In many cases (most notably, injury cases) our fees are on a contingency basis. You pay no fee unless we win your case. In those cases, the fee is paid as a percentage of the money you recover.

The Most Important Person In Our Office is You

When you first enter one of our offices, you will know that our attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members genuinely care about you and your legal concerns. Our growth over the years can largely be attributed to our determination to give each client's case the individual attention it needs and deserves. If we cannot give it that attention we will tell you so. We do not take cases unless we feel we can devote the resources necessary to attend to them properly.

At Ledger & Associates , we are large enough to serve your needs and small enough to care about you on a personal level and show you the respect that you deserve. You will be represented by an attorney, not a "processor". While one attorney and that attorney's staff is assigned primary responsibility for your case, you will have the skill and experience of our entire staff of attorneys and legal professionals available to assist with your case.

Experience Counts

If you needed brain surgery you would go to a brain surgeon, not a family doctor. By the same token, when you have a legal problem, you should be sure that you have an attorney that is experienced in the right field of law. Unfortunately, some lawyers and firms will take just about any kind of case, just to generate a fee. Certainly, some of those lawyers can do a fine job in many areas of law. But often, when that happens, your case is compromised, or even jeopardized. At Ledger & Associates we concentrate our practice to limited areas of personal injury law. Within those areas we can help you with even the most complicated and catatrophic injury or wrongful death case. If we cannot handle your case as it is not a personal injury matter, we will try to refer you to someone who can.
